Spring 2026 - Draft chapters reviewed by steering committee and leadership. - Steering Committee finalizes content of the self-study draft.
Summer 2026 - Chair of visiting team appointed. - Draft self-study shared with GW leadership.
Fall 2026 - Draft self-study shared with GW community. - Community discussion of self-study draft; town halls/feedback sessions. - Revisions made to report based on feedback; updates to data as needed. - Self-study draft sent to the chair of Middle States visiting team. - December 4: Middle States visiting team chair visits campus.
January 2027 - Final self-study sent to the Middle States visiting team. - Evidence inventory (documentation) uploaded to Middle States portal.
April 4-7, 2027 - Target date for the Middle States visiting team on campus and for visits to additional locations.
Summer 2027 - Middle States Commission meets to determine accreditation action.
